What you day will look like ..

Your role as General Manager

As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the success of the home. You’ll:

  • Lead, recruit and inspire high‑performing teams who deliver outstanding, relationship‑centred care
  • Create a positive, empowering culture where people feel valued, supported and developed
  • Oversee rotas, budgets, compliance, health & safety, quality standards and occupancy
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
  • Ensure exceptional outcomes for residents while driving sustainable commercial performance
  • You’ll be supported—but never micromanaged—by a leadership team that genuinely understands what great looks like.
