Starting in a regional maintenance role and rising to the position of Estates Manager has provided invaluable experience and growth in my career.

I started as a Chef and then promoted to Head Chef, I love the variety of  this role from planning menus, events, meeting new residents and feeling part of the Hallmark Family.

The first time I walked into Admiral Court it felt like home, everyone is so friendly and helpful , within the Hallmark company they are always looking to promote within the group – which myself have progressed from carer, host and now Hospitality Services Manager for the last 4yrs and absolutely love my role , it is so varied and each day is always different.

I have been working at Arlington Manor care home for a year and the management is very supportive. I have been promoted to Head Housekeeper, my  manager is very supportive. They value  every one and help upgrade the team to be the greatest leaders. I feel very appreciated. 

I am currently working at Bucklesham Grange for over a year. I feel really relaxed around the residents and I love spending time with them. I treat them like I would my parents. The opportunities are one after the other for me to succeed.
